Little Lakes Holiday Park:- Current Status

COVID Status: Little Lakes Holiday Park is now fully open. Please read the information below and If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Park Office in the usual ways.

General updates

Park Re-Opening:

The final re-opening date of July 19th is finally upon us, however with slightly less fanfare than we may have hoped! Nonetheless, the Park is now fully open, with no restrictions in place under Government guidelines. However, Little Lakes will be proceeding cautiously, and some guidance remains in place, please see specific sections below for details.
The most important message for all Park Members is please do not use any Park Facilities if you are feeling unwell. Please be cautious, take a test, and only use the common areas of the Park if you are not COVID positive. The Government is asking the public to use their common sense and responsibilty in this matter, and we wholeheartedly agree.

Current Work Being Carried Out on Park:

General Maintenance

Park Office

The Park Office is currently taking telephone orders only for GAS deliveries or ELECTRIC cards collection, with payment made by card over the phone, or if in person, by contactless card where possible. Purchase in person, if necessary, must be made using the separate Office entrance. We recommend that ocupancy of the Office annex should be kept to a minimum where possible. Masks are not required but Park members should wear them if they wish. Gas deliveries will be made in the normal way.

All initial enquiries about general Park Matters should be made to the Park Office by telephone or email.

Only essential or emergency work will be carried out on holiday units at this time and this work must be booked via the Park Office. All other maintenance-related jobs, including warranty and after sales, that require staff access to the holiday home can only be undertaken when it has been unoccupied for 72 hours.


Sales Office

Caravan Sales activity in person on the Park will carry on as before, with outdoor contact only.

Laundry and Post Room

Please endeavour to keep occupancy to a minimum where possible. Masks are not required but Members should wear them if they wish.

Clubhouse

The Clubhouse is now able to open for both outside and inside use.

1.        Access to the Clubhouse will be for Park and Golf members, their guests and green fee customers only, so be prepared to show your card.

2.        Do not move the tables around, as they are placed at the correct separations, which will remain 2m both inside and out.

3.        Bring a contactless payment method.

4.        Each guest may use the QR code, which will remain on display, to check in.

5.        We ask all our Members to please act responsibly. If not, there will be one warning then your group will be asked to leave. Any abuse towards staff will result in you being barred.

6.        Please put all Rubbish in the bins provided.

7.        No smoking is allowed on the outside decking areas

8.        Masks are not required but Members should wear them if they wish.


Once again, can we pass on a great big thank you to everyone who has used the Clubhouse since reopening, for very responsibly following all the rules, which is such a great help to everyone behind the bar.

The revised Summer Clubhouse hours will now be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday; Bar 12am - last orders 9.30pm, Kitchen 10am - last orders 5.45pm. Friday; Bar 12am - Last Orders 11.15pm, Kitchen 10am - last orders 5.45pm. Saturday; Bar 12am - Last Orders 11.15pm, Kitchen 8am - last orders 5.45pm. Sunday; Bar 12am - last orders 9.30pm, Kitchen 8am - last orders 5.45pm.


The Golf Course
The Golf Course is open. The Booking system is now open for Golf Members and Visitors. The Men's and Ladies changing rooms are fully open. Please endeavour to keep changing room occupancy to a minimum where possible.
Masks are not required but Members should wear them if they wish.

Fishing Lake
The Fishing Lake is open.

Bowling Green
The Bowling Green is open.

Tennis Court/Football Pitch
The Tennis Court is open.

Petanque Piste
The Petanque Piste is open.

Dog Exercise Area
The Dog Exercise area is open.

Kids Play Area
The Play area is open.

Swimming Pool
The Swimming Pool is open from Saturday 29th May 2021.

Swimming Pool COVID Status:-
Various restrictions will remain in place from July 19th. These mainly pay extra attention to maintaining safe separations between swimmers and groups of swimmers, and an extra focus on ensuring water quality.

A safe separation should be maintained between individual swimmers and families/bubbles of swimmers, both in and out of the Pool.
To help maintain this separation, the maximum number of swimmers allowed in the Pool area at any one time is 35.
The changing room will remain closed, and swimmers must be "Beach style turn up and swim" ie. please come to the Pool already changed.
A new Shower has been installed, both for use before and after swimming.
Hand sanitizer will be available at all times.
An enhanced programme of water quality checks will be in place.

The revised Pool hours will be Daily, 11am till 5pm, commencing Monday 26th July

Commencing 31st July, the Pool will be opening an hour earlier at 10am.
