Holiday Park Opening Christmas 2020 - Updated 21st December

The Park remains designated as Tier 2, which means that we will have to operate under certain restrictions.
When operating in Tier 2, we would ask our Park Members to follow the relevant legislation when visiting their Holiday Homes.
Our Park Facilities will be affected by our Tier 2 designation. The Clubhouse will only offer a restaurant service over the Holiday period.
We are, however, continuing to offer Sunday Lunch as usual and our special Christmas meal for Members over the Holiday period.
Please remember, all Park Members, from any Tier except Tier 4, may use their Holiday Homes during the Christmas Bubble, but not necessarily the Park Facilities. Please act responsibly and remain in your bubbles and Holiday Caravans where appropriate to your home Tier. The detailed rules may be found below.

A summary of the most relevant legislation can be found below:-
Travel:
o If you live in a tier 1 area you may travel to a tier 2 area and should follow the rules for that area while you are there.
o If you live in a tier 2 area, you may travel to a tier 1 area and must continue to follow tier 2 rules when you travel to a tier 1 area.
o If you live in a tier 3 area, you can continue to travel to venues or amenities which are open but should aim to reduce the number of journeys you make where possible. You should avoid travelling to other parts of the UK, including for overnight stays
Social contact:
o People in tier 1 will be able to gather in groups of up to 6 (or larger if from a single household) indoors or outdoors.
o People in tier 2 will be able to gather in groups of up to 6 outdoors but must only socialise within their own household/support bubble indoors.
o People in tier 3 must only socialise within their own household/support bubble indoors and in most outdoor areas, though they are able to meet in outdoor public spaces, including parks, gardens, and outdoor heritage sites in groups of up to 6.
Bars, pubs, cafes and restaurants:
o In tiers 1 and 2, the 10pm closing time for hospitality will be changed to last orders at 10pm with venues closing at 11pm to allow the safer dispersal of customers.
o In tier 2, hospitality venues can only serve alcohol with substantial meals.
o In tier 3, hospitality venues are closed – they are permitted to continue sales only by takeaway, click-and-collect etc.
Accommodation including holiday and touring parks must close in Tier 3 and Tier 4
Update 21st December
1. For Park members resident in Tier 4 areas:
Residents of Tier 4 areas must avoid travelling or making overnight stays outside their local area.
2. For Park members resident in Tier 3 areas:
‘Residents of Tier 3 areas should avoid travelling or making overnight stays outside their local area, unless necessary for activity such as work, education or youth services, for maintaining assets such as second homes, caravans and boats or to meet caring responsibilities'
Park members in this category must only do so within their own household/support bubble at all times.
Park members in this category must not use the Park Facilities, including the Clubhouse

3. Christmas bubbles in England
The Christmas guidance confirms for England:
Customers from Tiers 1, 2 and 3 can travel to holiday parks and campsites which are open in Tiers 1 and 2 for Christmas reasons between 24 and 26 December.
"A Christmas bubble will be able to spend time together in private homes, including second homes and caravans …’’
The Christmas Bubble arrangements will not apply to the Park Facilities, including the Clubhouse
